Responsibility
All referees are responsible for:
• Arriving at least 15 minutes before kick off.
• Showing up at a game RAIN or SHINE.
• Enforcing rules and regulations imposed by FIFA, MNSRA, MYSA and current club.
Assignment
My objectives are to:
• Provide a high quality, well knowledgable referee group.
• Support and promote young referees, giving them the opportunity to learn and grow.
• Give fairness to players, coaches, and other referees.
• Prevent/avoid discrimination on the basis of race, sex, color, national and ethnic origin.
Referees will be divided into 3 groups. Group 1 referees will be recognized as very experienced, well knowledge referees. Group 2 referees will be recognized as moderately experienced, in-training referees. Group 3 referees will be recognized as non-residential or non-club regisitered referees that are called upon as needed (Click to view qualifications).

Payment
Referees will be paid in cash, on the field, before the game starts with the pay rate approved by the board. For each game, coaches should obtain all referee's signature to prove that a transaction has occurred. A record will be kept by the Referee Assignor for tax purposes and used for a yearly performance review. Payment is received only when the referees are present. Referees will be notified one day in advance about a cancellation of a game.
